A presentation of the POP CoE was given by Jesus Labarta at the 4th ENES Workshop gathering the European Community on weather and climate modelling. The workshop (https://www.esiwace.eu/events/4th-hpc-ws) took place in Toulouse in April 6-7th and was co-organized by the ESiWACE CoE.

This community is very active in the use of HPC and constitutes an important sector of potential customers for the POP services.
The POP presentation introduced the objectives of the project, analysis capabilities of the partners involved and procedures for users to apply for service. The opportunity was also used to establish a large number of personal discussions with different users, trying to identify specific use cases and customers for POP.
