On December 14 and 15, 2020 the partners of the POP CoE (Second Phase) organized another (virtual) face-to-face project meeting.

Like last time, participating in a two day video conference is exhausting, but this setup has the advantage that a much larger number of project members could participate compared to a physical meeting where travel budgets and meeting room sizes restrict the direct participation.

The main topic of the meeting was to assess the overall status of the POP project after 24 months and to prepare for a possible second cluster review meeting planned for the first quarter of 2021. Other discussion topics were sustainability and business plans, improvements for our co-design resources process, and energy-efficency related assessments.
