On Jun 2, 2025, Aravind Sankaran (JSC) will the 34th POP Webinar - Benchmarking of I/O Activities in HPC Applications with STrace Inspector. It will introduce the STrace Inspector tool, which synthesizes large amounts of system call traces for benchmarking and comparison of I/O activities in HPC applications.

On Jun 2 to 5, 2025, POP experts will give an overview of the VI-HPS programming tools suite, explain the functionality of individual tools, and how to use them effectively, and offer hands-on experience and expert assistance using the tools at the 47th VI-HPS Tuning Workshop. The workshop will be hosted by University of Duisburg-Essen in Essen. The workshop is organised in collaboration with HPC.NRW.

From Jun 10 to 13, 2025, POP experts will attend the ISC High Performance 2025 conference in Hamburg, Germany. Visit our experts at the research exhibition booths of BSC (#G32), IT4I (#J22) or JSC/HLRS (#K02). On June 13, POP experts host the ISC tutorial “Determining Parallel Application Execution Efficiency and Scaling using the POP Methodology” (BSC, JSC). Finally, also on June 13, POP organizes the 2nd edition of the ISC workshop “Readiness of HPC Extreme-scale Applications”.
