Instructors from the POP partners JSC and UVSQ supported the 49th VI-HPS Tuning Workshop, which took place at Durham University in Durham, UK, from 27th to 29th April 2026. This was the first such workshop hosted by Durham University and the second this year.

Participants hailed from Durham University, Imperial College London, University of Leeds and other universities in the UK. They were given the opportunity to experiment with the tools on the HPC Hardware Lab @ Durham, using AMD CPU / GPU and Nvidia GPU partitions.

Feedback was quite positive, with the participants praising the assistance provided by the instructors and the usefulness of the tools.
